Real Time Reporting Module(RRM)
We have created our own platform which is provided to the client to view the status of their projects real time. The platform can create crosstabs, power point presentation and all the reports can be download in the desired excel, word or PPT format.
Most Advance Panel Management System(PMS)
To make use of the detailed profiling available to our panellist, we have developed the most advanced Panel Management System which helps us in identifying the right mix of respondents for a study. We can also view the real time response rate of our panellist across different demographics and can further adjust the outgo to keep the sample mix as per the client requirement.
Real Time Duplicate Detection
All the respondents who are entering a study, are passed through our PMS system. With its advance Duplication Detection System, it blocks those respondents who try to re-enter the survey.
Real Time Respondent Behaviour Monitoring
We have also developed an in-house tool which can detect the attentiveness of the respondent while they are taking the survey. This helps us in real time terminating and removing the respondent from the survey which helps our client get the best quality data.
Double Opt-in authentication
To validate the real respondent, we strictly follow a double opt-in for all the panellists who are registering with us. They need to confirm their membership by clicking on the link which we send to their provided mail addresses. Until this process in not completed, no respondent is made eligible for the survey.
Regressive survey Testing platform
We have zero-tolerance when it comes to quality. The survey and the data which we send to the client must go through regressive quality checks before the final product is sent to our clients.
